He was an ordinary man – a carpenter.  She was an ordinary girl.  They prepared for an extraordinary boy in very ordinary ways.  What resulted was anything but ordinary.

This Christmas is no different.  God wants to do something extraordinary in, with, and through you. Join us Sunday mornings at 11 and Sunday nights at 6:30 to discover what God wants to do through you this Christmas.

November 29th: Ordinary Time

    AM: Luke 2:1-7 – Mary and Joseph had a “due date” – but God had other plans.  What does God want to do with your routine Christmas?

    PM:  Christmas Cafe discussion: How do we turn our ordinary time into something extraordinary this Christmas?  Bonus: Candy and Cookie night – bring your best holiday candy and cookies to show off!

December 6th: Ordinary Place

     AM: Luke 2:8-20 – Joseph had worked to prepare a place for his son to be born, but God had destined somewhere different.  How might God be moving you from ho-hum to historic this Christmas?

     PM: Christmas Cafe discussion: How can we embrace God’s work right where we are this Christmas? Bonus: Cake night – bring your best cake recipe for everyone to sample!

December 13th: Celebrate!

     AM: Children’s Christmas Program

     PM: Fellowship meal (Turkey and bread provided, sides and desserts pot luck)

December 20th: Ordinary Heart

     AM: Luke 1:46-55 – One ordinary young woman had to prepare her heart for an unimaginable task.  God wants to accomplish something revolutionary in your regular heart this Christmas.

     PM: Christmas Cafe discussion: What needs to change in your heart as Christmas approaches?  We finish with Communion.  Bonus: Pie night – because pie is always a good idea.
